Story report of the first CO/GENES & HeatoN event.

With great pleasure CO/GENES announces the official opening of the CO/GENES & HeatoN e-Sports trip. The trip began officially on the 26^th of June, when HeatoN visited the first event in Hong Kong.

Although there was heavy rain in the city, a massive amount of loyal fans arrived to take the rare chance of meeting their idol and hero – Emil ‘HeatoN’ Christensen.

There was a lot of prizes for the eager fans to win. Unique merchandise were designed for the event.

HeatoN is a very patient player both ingame and outgame. Here he takes time to mingle with his fans as he gives them a memory for life.

HeatoN as we know him – playing very focused on his game with his face only a few inches from the monitor. In these two pictures he is playing mix battles together with his fans.

After the mix battles, Emil was very busy signing autographs. All the fans who arrived at the event got the opportunity to receive a CO/GENES & HeatoN poster with HeatoNs signature as a dedicated memory of the day they met the biggest Counter-Strike player of all time.

“Emil just never seize to surprise me,” says Danny Ramkvist, Marketing Consultant of CO/GENES “his great personality and high level of professionalism shines through at these live events. I have never experienced him being star struck and he really loves his fans. He is the greatest CS player ever, but maybe also the most humble.”

“I really enjoy doing this sort of events,” says Emil ‘HeatoN’ Christensen “it feels great to meet the people who have been cheering for you for all these years. They have always given me so much support. I’m very glad to get the opportunity to give some experiences back to my dedicated fans. It wouldn’t be possible without CO/GENES.”
